Directory of Fatherhood Resources

This directory of resources is a living example of that principle in action. Below, you will find a wide array of organizations functioning at every level. There are local programs, peer support groups, and faith-based ministries, which are the essential lower order communities providing the most immediate and personal support. You will also find state and national non-profits, which are the higher order communities that often provide funding, research, and coordination to assist the vital work being done on the ground.

I have gathered resources for every stage and circumstance of fatherhood. You will find help if you are a new dad, a military veteran, a father of a child with special needs, or are navigating the complexities of co-parenting. Each entry includes a brief description to help you identify the right fit, along with a direct website link to get you started.

National Organizations

There are well over 100 organizations below. They have a broad, nationwide reach, often providing resources, training, and direct services across the country.

All Pro Dad (Family First)--A nonprofit program that provides tools and resources to help dads be more present, with over 1,000 school-based chapters.
