Jay and Bri: Breaking the Chains of ACEs and Poverty

I’m writing a book on fatherlessness, and I providentially encountered a homeless 20-year-old who embodies every chapter of my work. Their story is one of broken families, dad-deprivation, and trauma stemming from some of the most horrific physical abuse imaginable—abuse more harrowing than anything I have ever heard in my life. Churches were useless and Christian non-profits aren’t structure to encourage marriage for couples like this, in fact, they inadvertently discourage marriage. Unreal.
